Jobs function: 

Take responsibility of the service design of a group of digital products: 

  • Contribute to the product roadmap with innovative and disruptive ideas, within an agile and multifunctional environment, encouraging team collaboration, open communication with a strong human centered approach (HCD).
  • Must have experience in all aspects and practical methodology of service design, from problem understanding, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, user research and user persona creation of the journey maps, process flows, blueprints, usability testing and design iteration and constant improvements based on data insights. 
  • Serve as a liaison with the PO and strategic Stakeholders to establish achievable objectives and KPIs based on the user experience.  
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources to make design decisions. 

Key skills/Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service design or strategic design role.  
  • Portfolio that demonstrates management capacity, research and technical knowledge with a variety of clients, desirable with experience in retail, Ecommerce or B2B. 
  • Excellent communication and collaborative work skills in agile and multidisciplinary enviroments, able to feel comfortable working with ambiguous scenarios, where they put their analysis skills into practice, while enjoying the rigorous and methodical exploration process.  
  • Strong human centered and customer centered approach (HCD)  
  • Knowledge of Analytics and data analysis, branding, marketing, technology, trends, visual design, usability, accessibility, disruptive design and innovation, collaborative work in agile frameworks.  
  • Ability to conduct qualitative research using design research techniques, and to analyze and synthesize field data to identify key design insights. 
  • Experience defining user personas, user journeys and usign other service design tools, considering the different channels, contact points and interactions, identifying critical problems and opportunities.  
  • Skills of visual representation and creation of presentations and strategic documentation with a short, medium and long term vision.  
  • Up to date on the latest techniques in your field, ready to share insights and thoughts with your team.  
  • A problem solver with an "I'm here to help" attitude who believes in collaborative work. 
  • English: advance level 


  • University studies: Industrial design, administration, digital marketing and alike; with specialization in service design, desin thinking, strategic design and alike 
  • Technical knowledge / systems: Figma, Maze or similar, Invision, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Fullstory or similar, Miro.
