Be our next Senior Software Engineer (Mobile) 

 

What are we looking for?

Belcorp is looking for an experienced and skilled Mobile Software Engineer to join our team to oversee the design, development, and implementation of world-class mobile web and native app experiences for our brands Esika, Lbel, and Cyzone both our customer and internal teams. As a Mobile Architect, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, efficient, and scalable mobile solutions that meet our business needs. You will work with a team of developers and stakeholders to develop and maintain our mobile applications, ensuring they are secure, easy to use, and meet the needs of our users. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mobile application architecture, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality mobile solutions, including native mobile apps, mobile web, PWAs, and hybrid apps.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the entire mobile application development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain mobile application documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers on the team.
  • Evaluate and recommend new mobile development tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of mobile development.
  • Ensure mobile applications are secure, scalable, and adhere to industry best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development.
  • Proven experience designing and developing mobile application architecture, preferably for both iOS and Android platforms as well as mobile web, PWAs, and hybrid apps.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile application development frameworks, tools, and technologies, including React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with backend systems and APIs, GraphQL as well as SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong background in cloud-native application development, including serverless computing, containerization, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with mobile app analytics, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and building cloud-native applications.
