Position: Brand & Marketplace Media Manager

Country: México

Area Vision: 

  • Develop and execute consumer-centric, full funnel media strategies to accelerate brand and marketplace goals and KPIs.​

Role:

  • Manage all digital and traditional media for L’BEL in 5 countries in Latin America, with special emphasis on Mexico​

  • Develop media strategies that accelerate ecommerce sales, customer acquisition and retention​

  • Design 360 campaigns aligned with business goals​

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners such as Brand Teams, Ecommerce Teams, eCRM Team, Creative Team and Analytics Teams to execute full funnel strategies​

  • Lead external agency relationship for ecommerce sites​

  • Own, allocate and manage media budget for brand dot coms and marketplaces (Amazon and Mercado Libre)​

  • Optimize channel mix between paid social, display, programmatic and other channels to ensure best results​​

  • Explore new channels and tactics to expand media mix​

  • Optimize audience, creative and landing page strategies ​

  • Own, allocate and manage Amazon media budget for all 3 brands in Mexico focused on driving online sales ​

  • Track campaign performance, monitor ROAS, ROI and KPIs to develop action plan​

  • Create and share reporting of campaign results, key insights and implications with cross-functional teams ​

  • Stay up-to-date on latest digital platform changes, new channels, media landscape and best practices – share knowledge and best practices with the team​

  • Competitive tracking, monitoring of industry benchmarks and gaining insights into competitive strategies ​

Skills:

  • HTML and JavaScript experience (preferred)​

  • Research skills and attention to detail when pulling data from multiple platforms​

  • An inquisitive nature and an ability to think creatively​

  • Results-oriented​

  • Strong problem-solving skills​

  • Team-oriented, passionate about fostering cross functional collaboration​

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and vice-versa​

  • Passion for and experience in digital media, SEO, ecommerce and digital marketing
